If you would like to make a donation to the Chinese Auction, please print the 2012 Sponsor/Donor Form, fill it out, and send it along with your donation. A copy will be returned to you, for your records.
(If necessary, we can make arrangements for your item to be picked up if you are unable to bring it to us.)
This year, we're offering everyone who has a ticket the chance to pre-order Chinese Auction tickets, in blocks of 40. Non-attendees also have a chance to buy tickets for the Chinese Auction. If you're interested in either of these options, please fill out the 2012 Ticket Order Form and send it back to us with your check. Someone will contact all non-attendees to find out which items they would like their tickets to go towards. All items will be listed here and will have a picture and a corresponding number so there is no confusion.
